Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted for 30 days from the delivery date.
- Free return shipping.
- No restocking fees.
- Return for any reason.
- A prepaid return label will be provided.
How to Start a Return
You can start a return in one of two easy ways:
Option 1: Start a Return Through Our Website
- Go to our website and log into your customer account (on the avatar person on the top of the page).
- Select the order you’d like to return.
- Follow the prompts to request a return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label by email.
- Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided label.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
